HOTEL LiVEMAX TACHIKAWA EKIMAE

Proximity to restaurants

Hopefully the under bed can clean better very thirsty

Close to train station, reasonable price, plenty of dining options. Room had a microwave.

Rooms were small and bare. No view. It felt closed in and drab. This lower numbered room was noisy with train traffic. i used earplugs and slept fine. Last week I stayed here and had a higher numbered room that was very quiet.

Location. Quiet.

Small room but adequate for one person.

Very convenient place for travelling but breakfast option is not good at all. No options to select. We stayed there for six days and had breakfast only two days. Other days we had from outside.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Even looked after my bag until the afternoon after check out. Room was also clean and tidy. No bad odurs from the bathroom either. Single bedroom was also quite big for a solo traveller.

Room was a bit dated although quite clean and worth the money paid. Bed was a little firm although slept well, despite near railway tracks so could hear the trains. I recommend bringing earplugs, as the hotel does not provide these in amenities.

Clean, modern and comfortable. Close to train station.

The proximity of the nearest station was great. The size of the room was just about right for one guest and what I paid for. Need to adjust expectations in line with the Japanese standards. The western standards will not be applicable here.

The bathroom was a bit dirty, in fact, the shower curtain had some mildew spots here and there, which were gross:(

Location is excellent. Room facilities are also nice. Got a twin bed which is more than enough. Would not mind if the bed size is a little smaller and the room is a little wider.

A bit too hot even in winter. Constant use of humidifier is must. Toilet space is bit small. I am an average height person (174cm), and its bit too tight for me.

Very good location, 5 min to train station and many shops and restaurants nearby.

When i arrived, the reception told me breakfast section is closed, very sad.

The location is right near Tachikawa Station, so it was very convenient. Price-wise, it was the cheapest option in the area, so I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel for your stay at Tachikawa!

The room is very thin, so the noise outside of the room can be pretty loud. Also, all the noise inside of the room can pretty much be heard outside. Maybe bring some earplugs for the night in case you have loud neighbors!

It was really quiet.

I felt a little uncomfortable because of the dubious women who were sitting around the building and obviously waited customers.

The room was great and staff is helpful ?

It was smoking room ☹️

It’s located near the station.

There is a little noise from the trains passing by.

Friendly and accommodating staff!!

Hard to find if you are not familiar with area at night

Too small.

I can't rate the breakfast qualities because I don't eat breakfast, but everything else was quite decent.

It was not bad.

May room was facing to railway and bit noisy.

beautiful room

Good size and price

Nothing! Would go again
